Max Harris is a Project Engineer with experience supporting hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. His experience includes cost controls, change management, owner-furnished equipment coordination, trade management, commissioning support, project closeout, and client coordination across mission-critical data center environments. Max has managed civil, structural, mechanical, controls, security, telecom, and utility-related scopes on data center developments totaling up to 200 MW. He works closely with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and vendor partners to support project delivery, maintain schedules, and achieve project milestones.
