TJ has 10+ years of demonstrated success working as a project manager in the commercial real estate industry. His career focus has been on mission critical buildings and Class A office in the Washington DC metro area and Northern Virginia region. TJ was responsible for the successful delivery of multiple mission critical projects including the $211M, 360,000-sf VISA Operations Center East Data Center in Ashburn, VA and the $400M, 750,000-sf Fannie Mae Headquarters Building at Midtown Center in Washington, DC.
TJ’s past experience includes senior project manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Holder Construction Company. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and earned a BS in Construction Management with a minor in business at East Carolina University.
