TJ has 15+ years of demonstrated success working in the data center and commercial real estate construction industry. His career focus has been on mission critical facilities primarily in the Washington DC and Northern Virginia regions. TJ has been involved in the successful delivery of multiple hyper-scale and cloud scale data centers and projects including over 500-MW of commissioned capacity over the course of his career.

TJ’s past experience includes senior project manager at Cushman & Wakefield and Holder Construction Company. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and earned a BS in Construction Management with a minor in business at East Carolina University.
