Verity helps retail tenant, The Ministry Coffee + Wine, find new home at 601 New Jersey Avenue in NW, DC thanks to Oyku Hanna of Verity Commercial. This start-up is a coffee and wine bar and was mentioned in a recent article by Eater DC as an up-and-coming hot spot for the students at Georgetown University Law Center.

Located two blocks from Union Station and the Red Line Metro, the 601 New Jersey Ave NW is a 31,000-sf nine-floor office building, with a rooftop terrace and views of the US Capitol. CBRE represented the landlord in the deal.
