Herm Diebler has more than 30 years of experience on technically distinctive projects including research laboratories, cGMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, data centers, hospitals, and corporate and medical office buildings. He has a diverse background in mechanical engineering, design/construction, and real estate, which gives his clients a strategic advantage.

Prior to founding Verity Commercial, Herm was one of the first employees and later shareholder of DPR Construction and helped grow DPR to $2 billion in revenue and 15 offices around the country in eight years. He founded the Washington, DC office for DPR Construction and facilitated the local office build up from 1 to 65 people and from $10M to $115M in construction volume in five years. Herm is a guest lecturer at Virginia Tech, a past speaker for NVTC and VABIO, and a past member of the Commonwealth of Virginia Joint Commission on Science & Technology (JCOTS).
