John Castro is a construction professional with over 10 years of experience overseeing projects across public, federal, state, higher education, and industrial sectors. His work includes managing multiple construction projects concurrently with values ranging from $500K to $45M, as well as supporting delivery of large-scale design-build projects up to $350M.

Prior to Verity, John was a senior project manager for a general contractor and has proven to be proficient in contract development, estimating, budgeting, cost management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and construction administration. He  is skilled in managing change order process’, managing RFIs and submittals, leading coordination and progress meetings, and maintaining schedule and cost control across active construction projects.
