For over 25 years, Leo Hoerdemann has successfully managed preconstruction and construction projects in the data center, technology, life science, healthcare, industrial, multifamily, retail, education, office, and adaptive reuse industries. Prior to becoming CEO of Verity, Leo established and grew Verity’s Midwest region to over 10 project managers, successfully completing over 20 mission critical projects.

Leo’s career includes Project Executive at Summit Design + Build and 11 years with Power Construction as Senior Project Manager. Leo has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with Villanova University. He received a PSP (Planning and Scheduling Professional) certification through AACEI, a LEED AP (Accredited Professional) certification through the USGBC, and he is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
