Miles Sabrick is a senior project manager and owner’s representative with over 15 years’ professional experience in technology solutions.  His sales background in software, data analytics, and emerging building tech allowed him to take leading roles in delivering over 100-MW of mission critical data center infrastructure. Miles works closely with the developer to exceed their Hyperscaler clients’ expectations.

He has served as a trusted owner’s representative for an emerging data center developer as a proven leader across the full project lifecycle, including budget and schedule oversight, scope development, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning.  Most recently, he has led the successful delivery of a 48-MW building, the first of 2 buildings, on a 72-MW Campus.

Known for integrating complex MEP and infrastructure scopes within broader project controls, translating technical risk into clear decisions, and aligning contractors, engineers, utilities, and client stakeholders to meet financial, compliance, and operational objectives. Miles also supports program level objectives across the developer portfolio through vendor, GC, and subcontractor relationships and lessons learned.  Miles is a graduate of Catholic University in Washington DC where he played football for the Cardinals.
