Neal Cousins is a project and program management leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex construction and high tech projects. He has led major data center work, including serving as Program Lead for AWS’s large scale re rack and reuse program exceeding $400M and acting as Project Executive for a 24MW Crane Data Center in Oregon. Neal has also developed and managed PMOs overseeing more than $4B in construction, with deep expertise in RFP development, contractor selection, stakeholder coordination, and technical risk mitigation across mission critical environments.
