He has completed numerous domestic and international projects with capital budgets of up to $800M. These data center projects include greenfield construction, renovation, and utility infrastructure. Rick has decades of experience in end-to-end project leadership from site selection, design development, contractor bidding and engagement, full scope construction management, and testing and commissioning.
