Zachary Russell is a project manager and owner’s representative with over 15 years of experience delivering complex capital projects across pharmaceutical, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, higher education, and commercial environments. He has led owner-side project management for large-scale programs up to $250M.  Zach has managed budgets exceeding $10M, coordinated more than 30 contractors and stakeholders, and delivered projects from planning and design through commissioning, turnover, and occupancy.

His experience spans MEP systems, design coordination, risk management, contractor oversight, and operational readiness. He has led commissioning efforts, turnover documentation, and stakeholder coordination, and brings hands-on construction experience supporting constructability reviews, sequencing, logistics, and resolution of complex technical issues.
