The building was retrofit from a shipping warehouse into the current data center in an initial GMP in 2021. The design includes (4) 8MW Data Halls. There are (3) Reserve lineups and (22) Mechanical/Electrical lineups. The design utilizes external containers for the switchboards and UPS for both electrical lineups (servers, fan walls) and mechanical (chillers and pumps). A platform was added to the North end of the building for the chillers to avoid further reinforcement of the roof. Data Hall 1 was turned over and operational in 2022 and Data Hall 4 is set to be completed and operational in 2025.
