NTT Ltd., a prominent IT infrastructure and services company acquired land in Prince William County, Gainesville, VA, from Lerner Enterprises to build a large-scale data center campus. The planned campus has a capacity of 336MW and is the company’s largest single campus in North America. The first building of the new campus consists of four large-scale buildings and over 2M-SF of data center space. The design caters to hyperscale clients with dedicated self-contained areas for large-footprint deployments with a focus on creating highly available, secure, and sustainable infrastructure using renewable energy.
Verity provided brokerage services that included site selection, sourced site for NTT Global Data Centers, negotiated sale with Lerner, due diligence, master planning, preconstruction, and Dominion Utility coordination. It was the highest land transaction per acre in Prince William County to date.
