DPR is a national contractor that has experienced significant success and market growth. Their growth challenged their existing 20,000-sf space. Verity helped DPR develop a strategic 5-year plan that consisted of right-sizing their current centralized regional headquarters and opening satellite facilities in Baltimore, Dulles and DC. Verity studied the marketplace and provided DPR with the knowledge required to make prudent business decisions. Verity was able to successfully negotiate a lease renewal comprising less square footage at a discounted market rate with highly flexible terms. After significant study of all property types (office, industrial, and adaptive use) Verity helped DPR pinpoint the ideal location for its Baltimore office. The resulting buildout turned out to be one of DPR’s most successful regional roll outs.
