The award-winning project is a three-story, 61,547-sf build-to-suit research and manufacturing facility in Research Triangle Park, NC. Verity’s project management services included complete site development management, BIM planning, cost, and quality control. The facility includes cell culture, fermentation, cGMP, pilot and analytical laboratories. The building infrastructure has centralized laboratory gas, reverse osmosis water systems, and an energyefficient, dedicated outside air system (DOAS) HVAC system. The project won the AIA North Carolina Design Award and the ABC North/South Carolina Region Eagle Award.
