This project replaces a vacant office building at 1851 S Bell Street and 1900 Crystal Drive. It consists of 790 multifamily units and 45,000-sf of retail. The 28-story south building has 443 residential units above 16,808-sf of retail, while the 27-story north building has 347 residential units above 19,390-sf of retail. A woonerf bisects the two buildings, with an additional 8,956-sf of retail lining the plaza. Verity’s services include budgeting, scheduling, permitting and construction management.
