Verity acquired 2.8 acres of land on Walker Road in Great Falls, VA. Verity partnered with an experienced assisted living operator, IntegraCare, to develop, operate, stabilize, and exit an approximate 53,104-sf, 62-unit assisted living and memory care facility. The community features multiple dining venues providing residents with variety and choice. The facility has proximity activated access control systems and mobility assistive devices including auto door openers to enhance security and minimize barriers reducing fall potential.
