Dave Miller has been in the industry for over 30 years and has worked in all market sectors including data centers, mission critical, life sciences, healthcare, mixed use residential, hospitality, government commercial, and education. At Verity, Dave is focused on site sales and selection for highly technical projects including data centers.

Dave was instrumental in the start-up of Verity Commercial’s project management group and data center brokerage. Prior to Verity, his career included 13 years with Skanska and 13 years with Turner Construction, Inc where he gained experience with project management, field supervision, estimating and business development. His focus was on delivering mission critical, life science, healthcare, commercial and higher education buildings. Dave was instrumental in starting two Skanska USA Building, Inc., offices, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and in Washington, DC/Baltimore. He managed the DC office for more than six years.
