This phased project expands Alexandria Real Estate Equities’ health science campus at 9800 Medical Center Drive in the Maryland I-270 Biotech corridor. The project contains wet laboratories and a significant addition to the Shady Grove Life Sciences Center which includes Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, Johns Hopkins University and NIH National Cancer Institute.
