Ziad is a seasoned Operations Director with experience in managing a wide range of design and construction projects for mission critical facilities, light rail transit, high rise commercial, hotel, institutional and health care projects, serving public and private clients, as a general contractor, construction manager and program manager, including extensive experience in project schedule and control systems. His career included valuable experience in design build of several landmark / iconic projects in structural steel and space frame type construction with integrated cladding systems including KAPSARC, Navy Pier reconstruction in Chicago, McCormick Place Expansion, and the reconstruction of the Douglas Blue Line.
