Verity provided project management services to assist with the planning and construction of the first phase of the 1.9M-sf mixed-use development at Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Station. The first phase has a 414-space addition to the WMATA parking garage. Other additions were to the west and south sides of the garage, new storm water management, and relocation of the Arts Walk. It required highly coordinated site logistics to accommodate WMATA buses, Kiss and Ride, and pedestrian circulation. The multi-building, mixed-use development has over 2,000 residential units, retail, and a hotel.
