Verity performed project management services for renovation and repositioning of this mid 1980’s era research facility. The Environmental Protection Agency vacated the facility after leasing it for over 12 years. The repositioning included new exterior upgrades, two-story lobby, shared conferencing, shared break area and balcony. Before the renovations were completed, the building was 89% leased.
