9114 Owens Drive, Manassas Park, VA | $4.2M

A standalone flex industrial property in the heart of Manassas Park sold for $4.2 million. The 12,500-sf building, situated on 1 acre, drew strong interest due to its adaptable layout and prime location.

7905 Kincannon Place, Lorton, VA | $2.7M

In a separate transaction, a flex/industrial warehouse located in Hilltop Industrial Park sold for $2.7 million. The 11,413-sf building offers a strategic location for industrial users in the Lorton submarket.
