Verity Commercial is proud to announce the successful closing of two significant industrial properties in Northern Virginia, totaling $6.9 million in sales. The deals were brokered by Oyku Hanna, whose strategic guidance and market insight were instrumental in bringing the transactions to completion. These transactions underscore the ongoing strength of the region’s flex and industrial real estate market.
A standalone flex industrial property in the heart of Manassas Park sold for $4.2 million. The 12,500-sf building, situated on 1 acre, drew strong interest due to its adaptable layout and prime location.
In a separate transaction, a flex/industrial warehouse located in Hilltop Industrial Park sold for $2.7 million. The 11,413-sf building offers a strategic location for industrial users in the Lorton submarket.
“We’re incredibly proud of Oyku Hanna’s leadership and dedication in representing the sellers in these transactions,” said David Colvin, Managing Broker at Verity Commercial. “Her professionalism, market insight, and ability to navigate complex deal dynamics exemplify the high standards we strive for at Verity. These transactions also reflect the continued strength of the industrial sector in Northern Virginia.”
Oyku Hanna, who represented both sellers, was instrumental in guiding each transaction to a successful close. She brought a deep understanding of the local industrial market and a strategic, hands-on approach to every stage of the process. Her expertise in property positioning, negotiation management, and aligning expectations between buyers and sellers played a key role in navigating the complexities of both deals and delivering strong outcomes for her clients.
“Bringing these two transactions to the finish line required a great deal of coordination, persistence, and creative problem-solving,” said Oyku. “Each deal presented its own unique challenges, but through strong collaboration, market insight, and a commitment to our clients’ goals, we were able to deliver successful outcomes. I’m proud of the teamwork and determination that made both closings possible.”
The sales of 9114 Owens Drive and 7905 Kincannon Place highlight Verity Commercial’s ongoing commitment to delivering value-driven solutions and expert real estate advisory services throughout the DC Metro region.
