Oyku Hanna of Verity Commercial has successfully secured an additional 59,000 SF on behalf of VarcoMac at 25445 Pleasant Valley Road in Chantilly, VA. The new transaction results in VarcoMac leasing the remainder of the building and further expanding their operations in the region. This latest deal builds on the momentum of the prior 71,221 SF lease signed in 2025 at the property, marking a significant continued commitment by VarcoMac to the Northern Virginia area.

 

With this expansion, Oyku Hanna has now leased over 130,000 SF on behalf of VarcoMac across multiple transactions, a milestone that reflects her ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver repeat success in a fast‑moving industrial market.
