In a major industrial lease transaction, Oyku Hanna of Verity Commercial, announces that VarcoMac has successfully secured a 7-year lease for 71,221 SF at 25435 Pleasant Valley Rd in Chantilly, VA – a prime industrial location. The deal, brokered under a time-sensitive negotiation process, was finalized despite a competing full-building offer.
