Verity Completes +40,000 SF Sales in Vienna, VA

Verity Commercial, a Washington, DC metro-based national multidisciplinary development and construction management, brokerage, and investment firm, announced the sale of 2 properties totaling over 40,000 of square feet located in Vienna, Virginia –a shopping center known as  the Ayr Hill Center and an office building known as 374 Maple Avenue, East. Barbara Bechtle and Ellie Bechtle of Verity represented the seller on both transactions. Ken Traenkle of Verity represented the buyer on 374 Maple Avenue and the Petrus Group represented the buyer on Ayr Hill Center.

 

Ayr Hill Center is a mixed-use center consisting of about 21,800-sf of retail and apartments on 1.12 acres of land located in the heart of Vienna. The walkable center connects retail tenants such as Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard, Vienna Wine Outlet, Bards Alley Bookshop, Nations Blinds, Vienna Jewelry, Royal Nepal, Vienna Bikes and Terra Christa. There are 3 upscale apartments on the second level.

 

374 Maple Avenue, East is a 3-story building on the Tyson’s side of Vienna consisting of about 20,100-sf of office space. The main tenant is United Bank who leases the entire first floor with a drive-through. It’s surrounded by many amenities and restaurants and located along Vienna’s busy commuter route.
